About the Trainers: (Michael and Cooper)

Michael Mitilier is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in training, management, human relations, and marketing. Currently, he co-owns the Brownie Bar Bakery and is the Founding Director of the Small Business Association of the Midlands. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Iowa Western SBDC and Director of Member Services and Education at the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands. He is the Author of Rule of Thumb: A Small Business Guide to Basics an introductory guide for first-time entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking to gain a basic understanding of what it takes to operate a small business.

Cooper Bowman is a skilled graphic designer and marketing professional who has created thousands of designs for businesses across the region, specializing in branding development, web and print advertising, website design, and social media campaigns. He currently serves as the Marketing Director and Senior Graphic Designer for All Makes, while also running his freelance business, Coop Graphic Design. As the lead marketer behind the successful Rocco’s Jello Shot Challenge, he has a proven track record of helping brands grow through creative strategies and impactful design.
